Consent Form: Prior to scheduling your appointment, you are required to read, sign, and submit our consent form.

Deposit Requirement: A 20% deposit is necessary to secure all services. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

No-Show Policy: Failure to contact us (via Email, Call, or Social Media Message) and missing your appointment will be considered a NO SHOW. No-shows will not be refunded, and the balance of the total service cost will be charged.

Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for a minimum of 24 HOURS NOTICE for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide this notice will result in a booking fee equivalent to 50% of the service cost.

Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive late for your appointment, services will commence upon your arrival and end at the scheduled duration. No refunds will be issued for late arrivals, and additional time will not be added to your next visit.

Refund Policy: Skin Lux Studio does not provide refunds for deposits or services due to late arrivals, no-shows, or late cancellations.
